This is a great opportunity to test out the new Speedgoat 5 trail running shoes from Hoka, free of charge.
A workhorse designed for technical trails, the Speedgoat returns as a new shoe from outsole to laces. This trail beast is updated with Vibram® Megagrip with Traction Lug for upgraded grip and braking power on loose soil.
How to demo:
We will have 2 groups: Fast & Steady
Fast Group - 7/8min mile pace. Arrive at R&R Milford store at 8.00am to allow enough time to book yourself in & your shoes fitted.
Steady Group - 8.5/10min mile pace. Arrive at R&R Milford store at 9.15am to allow enough time to book yourself in & your shoes fitted.
Distances for both will be approx 5 miles.
Post-run refreshments will be on offer for those that want them.
