When your bike needs a service or repairs, please remember to BOOK it in.
As a result of high demand (thank you btw, we really appreciate your ongoing support) we can no longer accept walk-ins where we take your bike off you & store it without prior notice. Unfortunately, we simply do not have the room.
We know this can be a pain when you just want to leave it with us, please believe us - we hate to turn you away but keeping our working (& your shopping) environment safe for all isn't easy when we're tripping over bikes.
We totally understand that bikes have historically just been dropped off in-store without any prior notice, however due to the increasing complexity & turnaround times of repairs on models such as eBikes we are left in a position where space is a premium.
We apologise for any inconvenience caused & we are certain you can understand our predicament - for example, when was the last time you simply dropped your car at the garage without a prior appointment?
